After a fun filled weekend at the Joshua Tree Musical Festival with some of the best people I know on this planet...I am ready! Thank you to all my desert spirits for the positive vibes you gave me. You helped settle some of my anxiety and fears about this big step. I feel so much more positive about my decision and am ready to go.
In the next 17 days I just have to quit smoking, borrow friends back pack, get information together about what needs to be taken care of while I am gone, shop some more, enjoy a wonderful dinner with friends this Saturday night then spend Memorial Weekend with Damien. I want my last weekend to be just be us two and not shared. In the 6.5 years we've been together we've never been apart more then 10 days. So I plan on holding, hugging and smelling my man during the whole last week. I want to remember his scent for the 49 days we won't be near each other. And boy oh boy when July 23 comes...get ready..there's going to be an earthquake in the Heathrow Airport. If that's t.m.i. for you then you don't know what love is.
